The Niger State is searching for the support of a private partner to create a government Intranet to increase efficiency of public services and promote transparency and good governance. This technical support will enable the mutualisation of State resources by reducing the cost of public services for the administration and the administered, securing transactions and data exchange (personal and public) and by reinforcing transaction traceability.
