The housing sector suffers from a chronic supply deficit in relation to demand. The project aims to create a town of 1000 homes, type T2 to T5 villas, close to Niamey, in addition to roads and other outdoor facilities in line with the modern city standards (tarmac roads, paved driveways, urban water and sewage systems, electric grid, solar street lighting, etc.). In addition, the project will include a domestic waste disposal system and green spaces equipped with watering and irrigation systems. The city should plan for dedicated areas, establishments and public services, in particular schools, places of worship, pharmacies, etc.

Benefits
