In response to a lack of housing and to provide Nigeriens with a decent life, the State plans to build 5,000 housing units per year, or 25,000 units per years from 2016 to 2021, by servicing lots already purchased in allotted areas. This project will boost the urban planning sector. The project objective is to service 315 hectares of allotted land in addition to lots before sale of vacant land.
